at least you can enter, i got flagged for PDT by sogo. I still have all cash since i don't meet the 25k PDT minimum for margin acct. i journal my trades to make sure i don't free ride, but they messaged me and said that they don't allow opening and closing of a single trade in the same day with a cash acct. errrr. had to sign a removal waiver and apply for margin.
