I am not a stock expert but I thought of a few things maybe you guy's can pick at.

Maybe DM created the 100b a/s for a couple of reason's other than dilution.

One would keep EVFL from a hostile take over.

And second, if I was DM I would have dumped a ton of shares back in May and June when the share price ranged between .0005 and .0002

Then I would have made sure everyone seen the current o/s's of 20b to scare people into selling @ .0001 and buy them all back up.

How easy would that be for him to have done that. That would explain where the money came from to do a buy back since he would have more than doubled the money.

I think that's what we all would have done.

The only other option would be the death of the company through massive dilution. And that would have made zero sense.
This guy is smart.
