that only works if you are pretty confident that

1) your products don't infringe

2) NOK doesn't infringe and has a workaround

3) you want to spend millions in legal fees when you can just
spend that towards the license. recall that nobody has the market and incentive to defend like NOK.


I don't like any of these options with 50% license already under the IDCC portfolio.

you still need to see the endgame for the NOK/IDCC saga. I'm pretty confident we are far from over. I'd like to see what the commission says. They are the final say, regardless of how the ALJ rules.
