Still in a bit of shock over the ruling. Just can't believe the judge didn't find infringement on anything. It does make me wonder though about that substantial progress 8K last March and also I believe WM was very confident in the investor presentation that NOK would be signed in 2009. My hope is IDCC gets a reversal if not I think they have to accept NOK's offer if there even is one. I certainly hope IDCC mgmt had a plan for this type of scenario. However I don't think the plan calls for more litigation after the ITC commission rules. I certainly hope they don't go to Deleware either, thats at least another 3-4 year legal battle. My big fear is that this decision caught IDCC completely off guard. I sure hope not.
