Very interested in this Richwood deal as it's in Nicaragua. My favorite stock is also in Nicaragua (hence my name). Businesses seem to be developing there, could be the next Costa Rica. While the government administration makes some enemies with their talk, all the indicators are that there have been no disruption to capital enterprises there (or any taking of enterprises like Venezuela).
