Let me advise you and all who read my post, do not invest please on what I post, its for your reading what I and I only believe.

I will attempt to answer this. First another company just forked over 77 million. Second this decision can be overuled. Third you have a license agreement which is binding.
Fourth the patents are valid, and only Nokia has been afforded a temporary no infringement on just 4 patents, but they lost infringement in the U.K. and that patent was declared ESSENTIAL. Fifth IDCC has over 3,000 domestic patents, and I am sure Nokia is intersecting and using quite a few. Sixth, with valid patents that may need tweaking to prove infringement, and now Nokia will have more trouble getting the patents declared invalid, and IDCC may be able to tweak the claims construction to strengthen these 4, remember the judge said it was enforceable. You take valid and enforceable, then you better have another way of decoding to make the system work on your technology,
