Because IDCC has valid, essential patents. If a company is using these patents, they will pay. Nokia got lucky because luckern concluded that their phones do not use the IDCC patents at issue. I assure you, if nokia knew that luckern was going to rule that all of the patents are valid, they would have signed long ago. You are absolutely, unequivocally wrong.
