No! It was due to the raise in capital. And as for the mark to market....the new rules only lets them mark NEW assets not the old assets. And what's true value anyway? You know? No one knows....it's only a best guess. It's about earnings now...and they are earning more so they're able to pay off debt and keep their capital at the required new levels. Z
