Pilot, agreed that any lingering buyout would be deterred by the lawsuits. Some of us have speculated off-board that the lawsuits might have been timed intentionally to derail buyout talks. Ditto on the WowG failure to pay.

Problem is, we know nothing so can only speculate. We may get some new info at next week's CC, but I'm not holding my breath. More likely we'll hear nothing until EESO can secure new contracts, having something positive to say.

In the meantime, given that EESO turned down the buyout before, my guess is that they would not entertain another anytime soon unless it were forced politically, eg: by Zimmermann.

The remains a crapshoot until we know anything, thus the price level.
