I don't think that WAMU is digging in for a legal battle more so than they are already in. I think Ms Taggart is just very good in her area of expertise and they see her as an asset to the case closings (hope). Her practice areas are Business Litigation (40%), Intellectual Property (30%), and General Litigation (30%). She also has mention of dealing in a case where she represents KB Homes against JPM...as I mentioned before, may be of value if she knows there tactics or has a familiarization of the company in other legal aspects.

There is obviously some value that our team see's in her to bring her on board.

Hopefully for the closing of this...but we shall see.
