BRIG_88: If the entities bringing their data to TRTN believed that TRTN had as many rights to the data as they did, why would they pay TRTN to retrieve the data?

Or has TRTN just bought old tapes for their own use? And the P2O information just happened to be on one of the tapes they bought?

This continues to be an issue that needs to be clarified for me.
