I just talked to John again. He has been advised by his company attorney the data is considered inside information. Sorry folks. He did indicate it would be available in the future for those applying to buy a franchise.

As for ownership of the data on the tapes some people are concerned about. Some of it is old enough that rights to it have expired. Some can be and is licensed or bought.
