You stated - "I was in this a year ago and they released a PR saying the ground was too cold to start the DEMO"
Now, they never stated that they were going to start the DEMO, but that they were going to start the Studies and Surveys and that the ground was too hard, etc. to do the Studies.
Since then they did do the studies and surveys.
Now, not knowing that they should have done it months prior due to the weather goes to having, imo, a person in charge who had no/limited experience in the process and was probably a little hands-off.
Wasn't this the reason for the entrance of Rick? Now, I would expect that Rick would not let the weather impact or significantly delay us due to his extensive experience. If he does get surprised by the weather, we got issues.
You should email IR about how they are going to deal with the upcoming winter and its impact on the demo schedule. It is a valid question.
