You could be right...but are you referring to the company run by Adam or that run by Rick?

My perspective is that the one run by Adam had no ability to execute because Adam, for whatever reason, was unable to get it done. That company was worth nothing because its assets were liabilities since they were not generating revenue.

The jury is still out on Rick, but my perspective is that things are moving forward. He is doing the right things.

These PRs are a lot more concrete than the ones under the Adam-era. Doesn't mean that they are perfect, but they are better and show progress.

Toxic - my point is that with all of these solid assets and with the right leadership, this company becomes LDSR and more.

So, yes, it is a bit of speculation, wishful thinking and educated analysis.
But unfathomable, I think not.
