Good morning Ron, Updated: 5:45 a.m., Wednesday Aug. 12, 2009
A storm system stalled over the Pacific Northwest keeps showers and light rain in the forecast today. Look for daytime highs in the mid 70s.. muggy and wet at times. Thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon in the mountains of Central and Eastern Oregon. Tonight, the front moves east and rain tapers off. Lows will be in the upper 50s. Tomorrow, still mostly cloudy and cool with some afternoon clearing. HIghs will remain in the low to mid 70s. Western Oregon and Southwest Washington will see summer weather return this weekend- highs will be around 80!
