Learn to read first of all. I was agreeing with you when I laugh at people who think bid volume is dilution. I have an MBA and quite a bit of trading experience and know the signs of dilution.

NITE/UBSS are often retail, not always. There have been cases, such as RSDS, where NITE/UBSS have been dilutors. However, sometimes there are so many stuckholders lined up at a price that want to get out at ask and get impatient to they sell at bid.

I'll give you an example. Back in 2005, CWIR was being held down at .0015 by BSIC and millions of shares went through. As soon as BSIC jumped ship, I bought some CWIR and sold it at .0022.

Oh chit it's going to .0001!!!
.0018x.002 about to break resistance!!!
We're heading for pennyland!!!
No, wait, nickelland, pick up some more!!!
It's going to a friggin DOLLAR, weeeeeeeeee!!!
BS bid whacking and it's a good buying opportunity!!!
