If this was a baseball game, you might be correct. Unfortunately, it's the world of business and the stock market, and the game is 99.999% over. It looks like the defendants in the DAC case win by default, YAG gets its money by selling off MOBL, and the plaintiff in the last law case gets whatever scraps are left over.
If you're looking for the last glimmer of hope, you might consider the possibility that the judge or whoever adjudicates the YAG takeover of MOBL rules against the AFN and CCA turnover to YAG. Other than that, there's an extremely small possibility that MOBL might settle on the DAC, but that's really grasping at straws.
Let's hope that YAG's as dumb and simple-minded as Jay was when he got us into this mess. There has to be more than one sucker in the world.
