It certainly makes sense given they just started the second mill and are producing plate. A long time customer would be the logical first choice to receive it

I especially like the language that this is the
"first order release"

of the contract. I would like to know what the overall contract size is but this certainly implies this 3.2 million is just one piece of a larger order. Sure would be a shame if they have a 10 or 15 million dollar 2 year contract that they are not detailing.

Not only would that send the stock skyward but it would also serve notice to potential customers that someone is willing to make a big investment in the new plate.
