Why is everytime this stock starts to move, someone starts up a conversation about Common cancellation? Quit goofing off and understand 1 point.
Common shares can not be canceled when A>L. When you add in the 17Bil that was sitting in WMBfsb (which should have not been seized because it was a separate sub from WMB) you now have a total of 21.4Bil in cash, add Providian for 10Bil, the NOL 20Bil, the Capital Contrib 6.5B etc. etc..etc... With that cash A>L.. No more A<L...
So knock it off and sell the stock, so you can try to buy in at .08 again, because in my opinion I don't think we are going to see that number again... Do what you want, but when you look at the big picture, WAMU is not an ordinary A<L company, It is on the pinks, because the SEC requires Q's to be there..
