What PR could be released that would send it to .03?

You are just throwing out a number. If that is what you think, then you must ahve a reason. Any robot can say with the right PRs we will be at .03. Well why not give an example of such a PR. IFSL isnt just going to pull a PR out of a hat.

Coming on a message board and saying that we will got o .03 without any rationale is illogical. To argue that it is acceptable to be illogical because the market doesnt follow pure logic is a weak cop-out.

Either give a reason or you are just a pumper. We dont need pumpers.
