Stocks are not based on logic, they are based on buying interest.

Create interest in any way, either though Press Releases, Financial Reports or just a frenzy of buying interest because of blatant optimism and a stock will soar.

If stocks were based on perfect logic, IFSL would be .15 already considering their revenues and compared to other companies that are in the red and selling way over 1 dollar on all the exchanges.
