I'm not the one who started the back-and-forth banter about whether or not I know how to spell "Spongetech". One of your fellow investors, whose screen name I've since forgotten, did. If Spongetech wanted to use the term "SpongeTech" in its SEC filings, I guess they could. I don't particularly care one way or the other whether they capitalize the "t" or not, since it adds zero to my estimate of the company's intrinsic value, which is also, as it turns out, very close to zero as well. lol
However, the only thing this discussion proves, beyond any doubt, is that the people who have bought shares of this company do all their DD on Spongetech by reading the PR stuff on Spongetech's website and go out of their way to avoid reading anything on the SEC's, which speaks for itself.
Of course, ymmv.
