The argument is a joke, because they correctly spell and type "Spongetech" in their SEC filings, and use the branding "decoration" in the brand name 'LOGO.' The Spongetech 'logo' is "SpongeTech." That some how this differentiation in spelling makes Spongetech not legitimate company?
