I was looking for an expert legal opinion

whether saying that a company can no longer pay its bills, and specifically something as fundamental as rent, does not bring into question its ability to pay other essential bills and so to survive, and is therefore libelous, as tending to bring it into disrepute--financially.

I do not seek your opinion unless you are a lawyer.
