In a sole proprietorship you are correct the one man is the company but from my understanding Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc is incorporated and in that case he would, from my experience in running my own business for 20 plus years, have to sign as an officer of the corporation if he was making an agreement between the Corporation and another party.

That is why I had asked One in an earlier post to explain to me where I was reading that wrong when he said I was mistaken. However One did not yet show me where I am wrong and I do not believe that I am. I certainly wish that I was.
