I believe Jared can answer that one himself and must do so.
In a sole proprietorship the owner is the co., but in a corp. could be different, yet Jared shouldn't be so naive to let shareholders believe wrongly. No, I think we will see when he answers this one that EESO , shareholders and co. , own together the formulas . All in my opinion of course.

How he could he exclude the co. , EESO , from being the co. and take over what belongs to EESO . ?

No one is that stupid.
