We shareholders have listened while you, New Visual Management, told us that field trials did not roll-out as quickly as expected. It was always the 'other guy's' fault that numbers were not met, example B & S.
If you believe what you say, if you believe your own revenue and earnings projections, then put your own stock holdings behind your words.
You want others to invest in NVEI - then demonstrate through your words and actions that you are to be believed. Show investors and analysts that we should have faith in you and invest!
A Press Release Monday morning (July 15th 2002) stating that NVEI Board Members and Executive Staff have agreed NOT to SELL, GIFT or otherwise profit from shares of NVEI until an annual revenue level of $100 million dollars with 40% margin has been achieved and publically demonstrated would be a Huge Announcement.
In other words, Management pledges to do what they've said they are going to do and stands behind their pledge with their personal holdings!
These Are Powerful Words! The President and Congressional Leaders should be contacted and provide copies of this Press Release.
Who knows - they might just pick up on this and hold NVEI up as the New Example of Corporate Commitment and Leadership!
Insider trading and Insider Profit is HIGH on the list of issues to be taken up.
Don't let this opportunity slip!
We don't really care about the long list of 'participants' nor do we really care who NVEI is selling to.
We care about YOU DELIVERING ON YOUR EARNINGS AND PROFITABILITY COMMITMENT - period.
