Quality Control

With my most recent case purchase, with it now half gone, I have so far noticed that one can seemed rather dilute and lacked the same level of green color I am used to. I drank it anyway. Of course, I love my BT. Another that I had put in the refrigerator today, after it cooled and the gas/air density increased, the can caved in on its sides and became flimsy. It seemed to be mostly full, but totally non-carbonated. I drank it anyway. Of course, I love my BT!

When you hope to market a can of a drink to someone at a price of $2 or more a can, it becomes even more important to insure quality control. I am not complaining here, just reporting an incident of noticeable product defect in two of the estimated 120 cans I have drank so far. Also that these 2 came from the same twenty-four (24) can case [case no: HBC 207 08 0948 D].

There may be very few cans with any problems. But just in case, I provide this information. Based on this extremely limited data, the defect rate is at 1.7%. That is too high. JD should ask for a discount if the bottler has that high of a defect rate.
