Or maybe investing in a piece of "bare land" that will eventually become a small subdivision or a commercial site. It will take time, you have to pay the taxes and the note if there is one, but eventually it will pay off. My land I own in certain areas around country are 10 year investment. WAMU is only 8 months old for me.

As for settlement: Only the insiders will know the date and time. There will be insider trading on this stock. The float is really dry, so people will have a hard time getting the stock, so they have to buy at the ask. Someone is short 56Millon shares and will need to cover once PPS goes up. If we hit the .18 mark there is a huge gap to $1.50.. I think the shorts are here somewhere.. Any thoughts ???
Gotta go to work. Will talk late tonight, all you have a good day and quit talking about a settlement, because all it does is grow anticipation.. JPMC might decide it is cheaper to fight this thing out in court. If the Judge Unwinds the P&A, we go to the Supreme Court for a final decision. IMHO
