This should be interesting. We now have a lawsuit settled against MOBL, and YAG is about to foreclose on MOBL. So, whose case takes precedent? It's kind of like a pack of dogs fighting over a bone.
From what I recall, there are several other cases pending including the Gobbility case where Jay promised to pay for the Kite debt in case Gobility couldn't do it. That was the dumbest thing I've ever heard of, and Jay did it. As shareholders, we'll be lucky if some of these cases against MOBL don't end up coming back to the us for payment.
