It is not a requirement to be IN the office to release a PR. It's also not going to have a bearing on the content if the PR is "late" according to the investors. If the company has real news to announce, then that is all that matters. Whether we get it today, tomorrow, next week, or next year.

If they are out of the office then to me...they are working on the business and that's a good thing...right?

I really wish the CEO's would stay away from getting pinned down on a PR release date. Why can't they just say..."When we have real news ready...we will release the PR to announce it...simple huh?
