I don't think they have the votes. Don't worry. RH will be kind to the traitors. The "friends" didn't do their homework before initiating this takeover. There will be alot of money and time wasted and RH will still be in charge. People will initially be upset and might sell, look to pick up the cheap shares before RH's next major announcement. There's a reason why those 5 were kicked to the curb by RH.
He truely is a great CEO.
