My god. Now you are claiming proof of a felony involving the theft of over 100 million dollars. Call me naive, but I would think someone other than you would of noticed. Perhaps the FBI, the SEC? Hell, one would think the company would PR the fact that it's investors had been defrauded of hundreds of millions of dollars, since it would be required by law.

That pretty much makes you a liar, doesn't it?
