I'm getting the same impression as you are rikline...

I also think that there's a good chance that the same group that's causing the drop in PPS through FANC is also buying large blocks at the same share price, and they seem to be able to control the PPS on both sides with ease.


It could be that the the O/S is so locked up that it makes it easy for them to control any open shares.
