The lawsuit details are not available online at the moment. If you pay you can get some additional details like parties people involved in the suit. Owen and Allie are named. Wowgreen then filed a countersuit. As for the Belmont suit we had a few pages posted on this board but we have no further updates. The third suit is a labeling company I think for the stain pen though not sure also not sure on the current status. If anyone can add to that appreciate it. Yahoo folks are talking class action suit but nothing formally has been done on that part though it could happen on day if things don't get cleared up.
