Has anybody actually read the lawsuits? Are they available free somewhere? I see a lot of strong reactions here. Probably coming from the frustrations of a investment that is declining in value. Without actually reading the lawsuits, these comments are only based on assumptions.

If anyone has the lawsuits, Please post them, or post a link so we may read them. I want to know both sides before accusing anyone of incompetence.
