Good Morning, read this part of the news!!!

Mr. Willenberg currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of Rim Semiconductor, which he founded in 1999. He is also the President of LIT Consulting Inc. which advises and consults with Public and Private Companies on Financing, Mergers, Acquisitons and Public Awareness.
