What I think of Mr Walters seems irrelevant in the face of the numerous facts I present, and I assume by your response you are not disputing these facts in any significant way. I am simply suggesting the facts do not support even a river boat gambler approach on this one. Of course, a "greater fool" might come along to take the bag off any unfortunate holder's hands - maybe even at a profit for the bag holder - but, in my opinion, the known facts point to a "stacked deck" in favor of certain insiders. In other words, the bag holders will likely remain bag holders, and the only difference is they will have more company. It's one thing to bet on a long shot, but quite another to be taken for a ride. The "contracts", even if many times your speculative figure would still be meaningless in the face of an operating loss, and I think anyone would be well advised, after looking at the facts, to ask the question: just what is the real business here? Could it have something to do with selling a virtually endless supply of stock to wannabe day traders? It's your call, I've already looked at the facts and made up my mind.

I am only expressing my personal opinions or repeating public information from SEC filings or media outlets-which may or may not be correct. Do your own investigating before investing!
