It's pretty obvious that you have a Hardon for Mr. Walters. Sorry all but that is the only way I know to put it. The posting history says it all imo. As for the 82% do you know at what price they aquired them? FYI most companies do come out on the LONG end of the stick, wouldn't you say or they wouldn't be in business very long. As for the most complicated financials ever devised by man, could be a good point. That is why and this is IMO to be getting in one of his companies like MSTF at these very low prices, while news of contracts and a filing is out with revs of 5-25 Mil ( Form D IBOX ) and imo again the very real posibility of a R/M or trip R/M or more is important. Companies will always come out ahead, I expect them to. But if I can get in early, like here, and ride along with them at a PPS just above theirs, He!!, that's what it is all about.
