Unwarranted or not, nowhere do they say it's a dealer only site and the mere fact that they accessed the site from their computer on the show proves that.

That may very well be a standard warning for government employees, but regardless, I would never want to allow my computer to be an open portal with access to all files.

If FOX is as far off base as you are implying they will no doubt be required to air a public retraction. It will be interesting to see if any such retraction takes place.
