Nice find lancefz. The only true info posted here in years. Ive been looking around and what I have found essentialy is this:

Harris and Nester. Anyone reminds those names?
They were officers at SFPS now EMJI.
Digital440, do you remember that company acquired by SFPS/EMJI?
Harris and Nester were also CEO/CFO of Sky440 (SKYF), a very similar name...
And guess what... Robert Atwell is now the CEO of both SKYF and EMJI.
SKYF has gone from AS/OS 450M/392M to 1,95B/1,567B through about a year and still has no revenues.
EMJI had 800M AS and about 450M OS last 2007, as the TA told me. No other thing can be found about EMJI
And Atwells jewel, "Camelot" (CMGR) is also a diluting machine as stated by their filings...
