We still don't know how many shares out of the 650 million O/S became restricted when one or more of the spring time aquisitions were paid for by Watson using restricted shares, and the O/S was increased from 350 million to 650 million.

Also, there was some debate at the time about the length of time required to hold restricted shares... Is it 6 months or a year? Anybody know the answer?
