Still holding 100's of thousands of shares from my 7+ years at WaMu and know countless of other employees that have no less the 50-100K shares they earned over the course of years of faithful service. Most everyone I've spoken to are still holding all of their original shares, better to hold then to write off a $3k tax loss for the next 50 years.
Employee losses were tallied to be somewhere in the range of $1.8bln... IF JPMC thinks that I and the thousands of other previous employee shareholders will accept pennies for the billions we invested (employee stock purchase plan, 401K WaMu and WaMu stock individual investments) they are sadly mistaken....
Everyone should take a look at the ongoing ERISA lawsuit as well....JPMC will ultimately pay the price....
