I went back and re read his post. I stand by my remark due to the fact that he has a history of posting mostly negativeity shrouded in question. It may be his inquizative nature, but he always struck me as a nay sayer.

with that said, I don't think WM was indicating a poor chance of settelment. I think he was answering a question of what if we loose then what?

Am I correct to assume from these posts that the call does not bring much confidence of a settlement before the ALJ rules?
