I think there is little to no chance of us getting anything out of GFCI. I think that Dial and his fellow crooks have long since hidden the money from his scams.

However I do think we may get some of the $1.5 million that was siezed from GGI. I have no idea what kind of formula would be used for an equitible distribution. There's also the hope of getting something from the DTCC over the botched CTBG distribution.

I would NOT count on getting anything from a sale of the shell.
