There may be yet a 3rd possibility, namely
there was the share issuance, and later in time, the buyback.
I'd guess the 1 billion share issuance was at a higher
price, and later when price fell further, to the 0.0003
-0.0004 price area, some buyback, in the region of hundreds
of millions shares buyback purchase took place.
If abovementioned scenario indeed took place, all the better
for IDTA.
It is up to each individual on this board to believe
which scenario took place, myself i am now inclined
to think the 3rd option took place.
