believe any buyback took place,
not even one single share.
Buyback while simultaneously issuing more
shares by the same company makes zero sense,
nil logic.
There are 2 possibilities (i think)
1/IDTA Management lied.
2/Buyback scheme has not yet started.
As to the company issuing shares, i am of the
opinion that the company needs funds in order
to expand/supply shelf kit orders, production etc
hence issuing additional shares is the best of the worst
options (bank loans being a very costly option, if at
all possible, owners injecting their own funds into the
company seem to me me highly hypothetical)
As a shareholder i do hate dilution, unfortunately
this is one of the only ways to raise monies by the
company.
