Maybe you should check out EGPI/Firecreek (EFIR) and their past ventures with "The Sahara Group." Together, they were promoting oil deals throughout the world before Firecreek went into bankruptcy and completed a 1/200 reverse split. Firecreek ended their relationship with Sahara and Mr. Christian around the same time most of its officers resigned under allegations that "unauthorized payments of a material nature were made by the Company's Treasurer Ms. Melvena Alexander, to herself, and her son, Mr. Dennis Alexander, the Company's Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer, and others."
