I would like to ask you a question that is bothering me. I would be greatly appreciative if you could anwser it for me.


There has been some people on various message boards, trying to group BCND and another company IOVE, together in a Scam type setup. Both companies have very similiar leaders with very close non normal names.

Are these two companies relating in anyway shape or form. I am very interested in BCND, and would be devastated if I found out something is not what it seems.

We are not doing any business with the company IOVE. We have no knowledge of their operations. They are not a shareholder, control entity, direct investor, or related to our corporation.

Halina is not an executive of BCND. Halina was a bookeeper for RRD. She was listed as Manager of RRD until that company appointed Mr. Blackburn as manager. Mr. Blackburn is the manager of RRD. RRD is separate from BCND. It is not a public company and does not intend to go public in any manner.
