If you have been watching the trading for any amount of time you will see, consistently an uptick after the ask gets hit repeatedly than mysteriously the ask gets lowered and in most cases lower than the previous ask. It's happening right now again, .061's were taken out and someone lowers the ask to .06, most investors would either place it at the ask or higher and wait for it to get hit unless there is panic to undersell which is obviously not the case here. JMO I guess
